That’s okay; most people do. So here’s a quick collection of some of the questions people ask us along with our answers. If you still have questions,  please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll be happy to answer all of them for you


Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?

 A:  Great question. We’re not agents, but we do work with agents from time to time. We are professional property buyers: we buy properties throughout Central Florida that meet our purchasing criteria. From there we may repair the property and resell it to another home owner or keep it as a rental for ourselves. We may also sell the property on terms or have one of our partners buy the property to fix it, rent it out, or rebuild. This all depends on the condition and situation. 


Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?

 A:  Yes we do buy properties at fair prices and are able to show you all options that are available depending on your situation and condition of your property.  


Q:  How do you determine a maximum price on my house?

 A:  Great question, and we’re an open book: Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and values of comparable houses sold in the area recently and many other pieces of information that we take into consideration. 


Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with us?

 A: This is what makes us stand out from the traditional method of selling your property: There are NO fees or commissions and we will pay all the closing cost when you sell your property to us.  


Q:  How are you different from a real estate agent?

 A: We buy properties directly from property owners. Real estate agents list properties and hopes that someone will buy them. The agent shows properties to prospective buyers and on average the time to sell a property is 6-12 months, if not longer in some cases, and then takes a percentage of the sale price if they find a buyer. Oftentimes, the agent’s commission is 3-6% of the sale price of your property (so if it’s a $100,000 house, you’ll pay between $3,000 – $6,000 in commissions to an agent). Agents provide a great service for those that can wait 6-12 months and some times longer to sell. 


Q:  Is there any obligation when I submit my info?

A: There is absolutely zero obligation to you. Once you tell us about your property, we will do our due diligence on your property and give you as many options that are available to maximize your offer.
